This means that you, and not Surveytime, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Services. Surveytime does not control the Content posted via the Services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Surveytime be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services. You acknowledge that Surveytime may or may not pre-screen Content, but that Surveytime and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the Services. However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Services, you grant Surveytime the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable: the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Services solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the services. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such Content on the Services and will terminate at the time you remove or Surveytime removes such Content from the Services.
Content Linked to by Surveytime
The sites displayed as search results or linked to by the Surveytime service are developed by people over whom Surveytime exercises no control. The search results that appear from Surveytime’s search engine partner’s indices are indexed by Surveytime search engine partner’s automated machinery and computers, and Surveytime cannot and does not screen the sites before including them in the indices from which such automated search results are gathered. A search using the Surveytime service may produce search results and links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that a Surveytime search will not locate unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by the Surveytime Services. You may not take the results from a Surveytime search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Surveytime home page or results pages on your Web site. You may not “meta-search” Surveytime. Possible affiliate links
Some search results and content at Surveytime and Surveytime Search may contain affiliate links integrated into Surveytime search results. Every time you make a purchase or take advantage of other relevant offers, the affiliate business will pay a commission to Surveytime. This comes at no extra cost to the shopper. The affiliate businesses pay the commissions generated by affiliate links. There is no extra cost for the user. Furthermore, commission sums are not added to the purchase price of the product, but rather covered by marketing costs that are generally built into the price of the product.
Dealings with Advertisers

We may also share your personal information and/or social-demographic information, including, without limitation, a unique identification number (“UID”), postal code, gender, marital status, education, ethnicity/race (where permitted by applicable law), employment related information, and non-personally identifiable information on household members, with third party sample/market research companies (individually each a “Third Party MR Company” and collectively the “Third Party MR Companies”) for the purpose of identifying survey opportunities that you may be eligible for through the Third Party MR Companies. If you are eligible for a survey opportunity, the Third Party MR Company will provide your unique identification number and a survey link to us and we will invite you to participate in the survey. Policy for Idea Submission
Many of our customers are interested in submitting ideas and suggestions for products and services to be used at Surveytime, either independently of, or in conjunction with, our internally developed concepts. We appreciate our customers’ interest in improving the Services; however, please note that any such ideas or suggestions that you submit will be owned by Surveytime, and you hereby irrevocably assign any intellectual property rights in such ideas and suggestions to Surveytime. In the event that the foregoing assignment is held to be ineffective for any reason, your ideas and suggestions will be treated as Content submissions and subject to the license granted to Surveytime above.
